WEBSITE AND BROKER PROGRAM USAGE POLICY
- An 8% referral fee shall be deemed to be earned by the Referring Broker only in the event that the sale is closed on or before the closing date stated on the Earnest Money Contract. No extensions will be granted unless an extension is granted in writing at the sole discretion of the seller.
- Any referral must be registered with Waterfront Marketing, LLC, prior to any contract having been written. All brokers must submit a copy of their Texas real estate license at the time of registration.
- You may contact and send information to only those clients in states that do not require registration or states in which the project is registered. As of this date, those states include Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington (State of), Wisconsin and Wyoming. If someone calls you concerning The Sanctuary from any state other than those listed, you cannot give them details on the development or provide them with any information on the property in any form -- by phone, mail, e-mail, etc. We will not accept any contract or pay any commission on any sale that violates the foregoing marketing restrictions. Information may be given to any client, regardless of where they reside, when they visit The Sanctuary.
- Referral fees shall be paid only to the Referring Broker's brokerage company and not directly to any agent or broker.
