Waterfront Marketing, LLC is in the process of launching the magnificent new waterfront community of The Sanctuary at Costa Grande. This upscale project will offer the public a variety of exciting real estate opportunities at the ground-floor level. In an effort to reach as many potential clients as possible, we are offering fellow Texan real estate professionals the chance to join our Referral Program. The process is simple. Just introduce us to qualifying clients and we'll take care of the rest. Then once your referral closes, you’ll earn a 3% referral fee* (net of any purchase incentives).
Once you become a member, you will be assigned to one of our product-knowledgeable sales associates who will provide you with support and marketing tools necessary to harvest potential referrals.
